Lamborghini India expects luxury supercar segment to see double-digit growth this year
Lamborghini India is hoping for double-digit growth in the supercar segment in 2023 thanks to better infrastructure, increasing ultra-high net worth individuals, and positive economic forecasts. Lamborghini India began operations in 2007, and last year it sold 92 units, seeing a growth of 33 percent over 2021. The company launched Urus S, the second model in the Urus SUV lineup, with a cost of INR 4.18 crore.
Lamborghini to deploy hybrid tech across model range in India by 2024-end
"The roadmap for us is that by the end of 2024 we are going to hybridise our entire model range. So this year we will have a first hybrid, the new V12, then in 2024 we will have the Urus hybrid and also a new V10 which is also going to be a hybrid," Lamborghini India Head Sharad Agarwal told PTI.

"We launched a programme and reached out to possible customers in 100 cities. Today we have 50 cities in India where you can find a Lamborghini owner and these Tier I and Tier II cities now contribute to more than 25 per cent of the business.
