The complex plan was reportedly masterminded by ULFA (I) SS Captain Abhijeet Gogoi, also known by various aliases including Kanak Gogoi, Rumel Asom, Aicheng Asom, and Aishang Asom, along with ULFA (I) chief Paresh Baruah. Another significant figure involved in the conspiracy was identified as SS Brigadier Arunudoy Dohutia.

The chargsheeted have been accused of making IEDs in the Delhi-Padgha ISIS terror module. Most accused are from Maharashtra. Charges include violations of IPC, UA(P) Act, Arms Act, and Explosive Substances Act. The accused engaged in a broad ISIS conspiracy, including training, propaganda, and fundraising. NIA seized incriminating evidence and is investigating further.

      On Tuesday, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) filed charges against designated terrorist Arshdeep Singh, also known as Arsh Dala, who is based in Canada, along with three of his associates.       NIA attached 403 properties since 2019, mainly from terrorists, Naxals, and separatists. Ranchi branch attached 206 properties in Bihar and Jharkhand. Jammu branch seized 100 properties, Chandigarh 33 from separatists. Confiscated properties include Khalistani leader's. PFI workers' properties also seized in multiple locations across India.

      Manipur: CBI chargesheets seven in armoury looting case

      The CBI filed a chargesheet against seven accused persons for looting arms and ammunition from 2nd Indian Reserve Battalion in Manipur during the ethnic violence between the Chin-Kuki-Zo and Meitei communities.
