    Tata Communications, M&M and 3M India among a host of companies that are likely to remain in focus this week as they have corporate actions like dividend, bonus issue, stock split, demerger and buyback lined up ahead.

    Here is a list of corporate actions lined up in the week:

    Dividend

    • GHCL: The firm will be paying a dividend of Rs 12 per to its eligible shareholders. The record date for the purpose is July 1.
    • GHCL Textiles: The company declared a dividend of Rs 0.50 per share and the record date for the same is July 1.

    • Tata Communications: The firm had announced Rs 16.70 per share as the dividend and the record date for the purpose is July 1.
    • Geojit Financial Services: The company will be paying Rs 1.50 per share as the dividend amount. The company has fixed July 1 as the record date for this purpose.
    • Epigral: The company announced a dividend of Rs 5 per share and the record date for this purpose is July 2.
    • Swastika Investmart: The company will be paying a dividend of Rs 2 per share and the record date for this is July 2.
    • Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries: The firm had declared a dividend of Rs 1.25 per share for the eligible shareholders and the company has fixed July 3 as the record date for this purpose.
    • Jyothy Labs: The firm has fixed July 3 as the ex-date for the purpose of the payment of Rs 3.50 per share dividend.
    • Tide Water Oil Company: The company declared a dividend Rs 20 per share for its eligible shareholders and the ex-date for the purpose is July 4.
    • Tata Power: The company announced a dividend of Rs 2 per share and the record date for the purpose is July 4.
    • Solar Industries: The company had declared a dividend of Rs 8.50 per share for which, the ex-date has been fixed as July 4.
    • SKF India: The record date for SKF India’s Rs 130 per share dividend is July 4.
    • Balaji Amines: The company has fixed July 4 as the ex-date for the declared dividend of Rs 11 per share.
    • M&M: Mahindra & Mahindra had announced a dividend of Rs 21.10 per share and the ex-date for this is July 5.
    • 3M India: The company announced a final dividend of Rs 160 per share along with a special dividend of Rs 525 per share the amount totalling to Rs 685 per share. The record date fixed for this purpose is July 5.
