Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of total traded value

NEW DELHI: HDFC Bank(Rs. 5082.47 crore), Indian Renewable(Rs. 1327.45 crore), ICICI Bank(Rs. 909.09 crore), Power Finance Corp.(Rs. 871.79 crore), REC(Rs. 709.28 crore), Axis Bank(Rs. 665.00 crore), SBI(Rs. 627.46 crore), Kotak Bank(Rs. 588.96 crore), Vodafone Idea(Rs. 511.42 crore) and Zomato(Rs. 484.56 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:09AM in Wednesday's session.

The NSE Nifty index traded 149.31 points up at 24273.15, while BSE Sensex was up 504.11 points at 79945.56 as of 10:09AM(IST)on July 03.

In the Nifty index, HDFC Bank Ltd.(up 3.15 per cent), Axis Bank Ltd.(up 1.88 per cent), Tata Consumer Products Ltd.(up 1.43 per cent), Bajaj Auto Ltd.(up 1.43 per cent) and ICICI Bank Ltd.(up 1.22 per cent) were among the top gainers.

On the other hand, Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.(down 1.23 per cent), UltraTech Cement Ltd.(down 0.67 per cent), Reliance Industries Ltd.(down 0.49 per cent), Tata Motors Ltd.(down 0.38 per cent) and Infosys Ltd.(down 0.34 per cent) were among the top losers.
