    Bharti Airtel unit, Bharti Hexacom, has filed a draft offer document with Sebi to sell 20% held by state-owned Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd in the firm. TCIL will sell 100 million equity shares of face value of ₹5 each. IPO will have no fresh issuance of equity shares. 3
