    BSE Q4 results: Net profit at Rs 106.9 crore

    Synopsis

    Net profit in FY24 jumped 275.3% (including profit from the CDSL stake sale) and revenue from operations rose 70.4% from last year. BSE declared a dividend of ₹15 per share.

    Mumbai: BSE (The Bombay Stock Exchange) said consolidated net profit was ₹106.9 crore for the quarter ended March 31, up 0.56% from the previous quarter. Consolidated revenue from operations jumped 31.5% to ₹488.4 crore from the December quarter. Consolidated net profit grew 20.6% and revenue from operations jumped 115.15% from a year ago period.
