    DCB ties up with Easy Home Fin for affordable housing loans

    Mumbai: DCB Bank and Easy Home Finance have agreed to tie up for disbursing affordable home loans. DCBs' affordable housing loans will be routed through the mortgage company's tech platform to enable quick disbursements, according to a statement by the companies.

    "Our expertise in origination and credit assessment will be boosted with the expertise and digital tech of Easy Home Finance," said Narendranath Misha, head-retail and agri loans at DCB Bank. "The alliance will enable the Bank to reach more geographies in the affordable home loan arena," he said.

    Easy Home Finance's tech model aims to have quick disbursal of these loans given by DCB Bank, making the loan application seamless for home buyers. Easy Home Finance is backed by Xponentia Capital Partners.

    "In a bid to offer paperwork-efficient, cost-effective, and hassle-free home loans in the market, we are embarking on this journey," said Rohit Chokhani, managing director of Easy Home Finance.
