NSE-BSE bulk deals: Porinju Veliyath buys 4 lakh RE shares of Aurum Proptech

NEW DELHI: Smallcap investor Porinju Veliyath bought 4 lakh Rights Entitlement (RE) shares of Aurum Proptech at Rs 15.85 per share in a block deal on Tuesday, data published on NSE showed. It wasn't clear who sold the shares.

He already holds the stock in his portfolio, according to shareholding data released by the company. As of March-end, he owned 3 lakh shares of the company or 1.05 per cent stake in the firm.

Earlier in the day, the stock ended up at Rs 20.95, down about 21 per cent.

In Another transaction, Barclays Securities bought 7.56 lakh shares of Nandan Denim at Rs 53.73 apiece.

Meanwhile, SBI Mutual Fund acquired 12,60,749 shares of Endurance Technology at Rs 1,162 on NSE. The money manager also bought another 11,13,000 shares at the same price on BSE. It was not clear who the seller was.
