    Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

    Macpower CNC Machine, Bharat Wire Ropes, Nidan Laboratories And Healthcare Ltd., Speciality Rest and EIH, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:25AM.

    NEW DELHI: Shares of Macpower CNC Machine, Bharat Wire Ropes, Nidan Laboratories And Healthcare Ltd., Speciality Rest and EIH, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:25AM(IST)on NSE.

    Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 107.9 points to 17547.7 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

    However, stocks such as Veekayem Fashion & Apparels Ltd., Shri Ram Switchgears, Debock Sales & Mktg, OrissaBengalCarrier and Piramal Ent., touched their fresh 52-week low.

    Overall, 11 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 39 traded in the red.

    In the Nifty 50 index, Shree Cements, UltraTech Cem., Coal India Ltd, Britannia and Nestle India were among top gainers, while Tata Motors, Bajaj Auto, Bharti Airtel, Hindalco and Tech Mahindra traded in the red.

    The BSE Sensex was trading 370.58 points down at 58826.41 at 11:25AM(IST).

    Traders were seen piling up positions in Cement, Cables, Telecommunications, Industrial Consumables and General sectors, while selling was visible in Metals - Ferrous, Miscellaneous, Term Lending Institutions, Gas & Petroleum and Petrochemicals sectors.
