Filmmaker Nipun Dharmadhikari is currently rocking the headlines for his last released Marathi film 'Vasantrao Deshpande' which made the cut to the annual reminder list of productions eligible for the 95th Academy Awards.
As per the latest update, Nipun is gearing up for his upcoming web series 'Lampan' which is based on Prakash Narayan Sant’s classic character ‘Lampan’.

The list was released by The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences on Tuesday, January 10. The final nominations will be announced on January 24.
Singer-actor Rahul Deshpande who is the recipient of the 68th national award of the best playback singer for 'Me Vasantrao', took to his Instagram stories to share this news with his fans and followers.
Talking about the film, 'Me Vasantrao' is a biographical film based on the life of the Indian classical musician Vasantrao Deshpande.
It also starred Amey Wagh, Pushkaraj Chirputkar and Purushottam Laxman Deshpande in pivotal roles.
