Jenkins County, Georgia

Jenkins County is located within the Ogeechee Judicial Circuit of the Superior Court First District.

In addition to the Superior Court the people of Jenkins County are served by a Probate Court, a Juvenile Court, a Magistrate Court, a Municipal Court and a State Court.

The United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia has jurisdiction in Jenkins County. Appeals from the Southern District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
