Chattahoochee County is located within the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit of the Superior Court Third District.

In addition to the Superior Court the people of Chattahoochee County are served by a Probate Court, a Juvenile Court and a Magistrate Court.

The United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia has jurisdiction in Chattahoochee County. Appeals from the Middle District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
