On Sunday, the last day of our state’s legislative session for the year, the Delaware Energy Solutions Act passed! We now have a path forward to a cleaner, greener energy future in the First State. This bill, SB 265, creates an offshore wind procurement process for Delawareans to access wind #energy off our coast and work with neighboring states to bring offshore wind power to our region. A statement from Lori Brennan, Executive Director of TNC PA/DE: "The Nature Conservancy applauds the House's passage of SB 265, the #Delaware Energy Solutions Act.
