Saranya Ponvannan's film titled Gangster Granny

We had recently reported that the acclaimed actress Saranya Ponvannan is all set to play a hardened gangster in her next. While the role will be the first of it's kind for the talented actress, the maker have now revealed the title and first look poster of the film. Actor Jiiva, shared the first look poster of the film, which has been 'Gangster Granny'.
Directed by Vishnu Ramakrishnan, the film is set in Chennai and revolves around a gangster who had stopped indulging in violence.Sharing the poster, Jiiva posted, "#SaranyaPonvannan is back with a bang. This time not as an ordinary mother, but an extraordinary #GangsterGranny." (sic)

Saranya will be showcasing typical gangster mannerisms in the film, and she has apparently performed the stunt sequences with a lot of ease. The film has Raaj Varma as the villain and Amzath Khan in a crucial role.
