Advani Pleasure Cruise Company Pvt. Ltd amounting to 50.99%. 2011 - Agreement to acquire stake in M/s. Marvel Resorts Private Limited. - "Acquisition of majority stake in Daman Hospitality ("THUNDERBIRD RESORTS")". 2012 - Delta Corp acquires 11 acre in Sri Lanka to develop 5-star hotel. --Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from Clover Classic, G-4, Ground Floor, North Main Road, Koregaon Park, Pune - 411 001, Maharashtra to Peninsula Centre No. 4, Galaxy Co-Operative Housing Society, Off.
