    Company History - Kings Infra Ventures Ltd.
    The Company was incorporated on 23rd November, 1987 as a Public

    Limited Company with the Registrar of Companies, Kerela at

    Ernakulam and obtained the Certificate of Commencement of

    Business on 15th February, 1988. The Company is member of the

    Kings Group of companies who are one of the major exporters of

    marine products. The Company was set up as part of the Group's

    plans for backward integration. The Company was amongst the

    pioneers in promoting the concept of Aquaculture in the country

    and has by its experience developed a proven technology of

    Aquaculture suitable to Indian conditions.



    The Company had in 1988 set up an aqua farm and a shrimp

    hatchery of 50 Million frys per annum spread over 126 Acres of

    land at Ottapidaram Taluk. Pattanamaradur village, Tuticorin.

    The Commercial production at the aqua farm commercial began in

    March, 1990. The Company has achieved a production level

    averaging 8 tonnes/ha/crop. The financial performance of the

    Company for the last 3 years as per the Audited Accounts of the

    Company is as under:



    MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY



    The main objects of the Company as stated in the Memorandum of

    Association are as under



    1. To purchase, breed, raise, produce or otherwise acquire,

    invest in, own, hold, use, lease, mortgage, pledge, sell,

    assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of,trade, deal with and

    purchase, manufacture, produce, make, deal in and deal with any

    and all articles or things manufactured, produced, resulting or

    derived in whole or in part from marine products whether to be

    used in breeding or as food or in commerce, manufacture, the

    science, the arts or otherwise.



    2. To setup, lease, take or let on hire Shrimp farms, shrimp

    hatcheries, fish feed plants, marine products processing and

    freezing facilities.



    PRESENT BUSINESS



    The Company is at present engaged in aquaculture operations

    spread over an area of 126 acres at Tuticorin, Tamilnadu, with a

    water spread area of 70 Acres. The commercial production at the

    aqua farm commenced in March, 1990. Using aquaculture the

    company produces Shrimps which are exported to various countries

    using the marketing network of the group companies. The Company

    now proposes to expand the operations by adding another 50 acres

    with a water spread area of 35 acres (14 Hectares).





    2007



    - Victory Aqua Farm Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. T Venkatramani as Wholetime Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from June 04, 2007, subject to necessary statutory approval.



    2010



    -Company has changed its name from Victory Aqua Farm Ltd. to Kings Infra Ventures Ltd.



    -Registered Office of the Company has been shifted From Kings Building, Neendakara, P.O. Kollam - 691 582 To A-1, First Floor, Atria Apartments, Opposite Gurudwara Temple, Perumanoor Road, Thevara, Cochin - 682 015.
