    Our Company was incorporated on July 31, 2018 under the name and style of ‘Veritaas Advertising Private Limited', a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated August 1, 2018 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders in an Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 23, 2023 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to ‘Veritaas Advertising Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 1, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal at Kolkata.
