| 2002 -Rs.100 cr bond issue of the company receives poor reponse by mopping up just Rs.78cr. -Jubiliant Organosys stops bidding for the government stake in the company. 2003 -Government of India in the process of disinvesting its stake in the company. -Centre approves Rs.300cr financial restructuring package to the company. -Core group of secretaries on disinvestment clears the transaction documents for equity sell-off of the company. -Appoints Shri Ashok Chawla as part time Government Director of the company. 2007 -Shri. R N Madangeri, has been appointed as Director (Technical) on the Company. 2008 -Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd has appointed Shri. Mathew C Kunnumkal as parttime Government Director on HOCL Board w.e.f. September 28, 2007 i.e. from the date of 46th AGM of the Company. 2009 -Shri M. K. Mittal has assumed the charge as Director (Finance) in HOCL. 2010 -Shri R. N. Madangeri, Director (Technical) has been given additional charge of Chairman & Managing Director. 2011 -Shri J. N. Suryawanshi, has assumed the Charge of the Office of Director (Marketing), HOCL. 2012 -Shri S. B. Bhide, has assumed the Charge of the Office of Director (Technical), HOCL. 2013 -Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd has informed that Shri V. B. Ramachandran Nair, Chief General Manager, HOCL has been appointed as Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) of HOCL with effect from June 17, 2013 -Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd has informed that with effect from December 04, 2013, the Company have shifted to its new Corporate Office address at: "HOCL, 2nd Floor, Neco Chambers, Plot No. 48, Sector 11, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai - 400 614, Maharashtra State. | ||
