Register Claim against Defaulter / Expelled Members

The Exchange issues public notice for calling claims against the Defaulter Member and the clients are required to file their claim within 90 days from the date of public notice. All the clients of Defaulter Members, wherein 90 days are getting over either at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic or during the pandemic period are hereby informed that, if they have filed their claim with the Exchange after 90 days but within 180 days from the date of public notice are not required to provide reason for delay in filing the claim. The said relaxation will continue till the pandemic is over.
