| The company was incorporated on 6th, November, 1986, as a private limited company with the Registrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh, vide certificate of incorporation no. 8341, in the name of GOOD LUCK STEEL TUBES PRIVATE LIMITED and commenced production in August, 1987. As the company's average annual turnover during the first three years exceeded Rs.10 crores it became a deemed public company under the provisions of section 43A of the Companies Act, 1956, on 1st July, 1990. In 1992 the registered office of the company was shifted from Uttar Pradesh to the Union territory of Delhi vide Company Law Board, Northern Region Bench CP no.166/17/92-CLB dated 24th August, 1992. The same has been registered with the Registrar of Companies, NCT OF Delhi & Haryana under regn. no. 55-50910 and presently its registered office is located at 5/102, Sikka Complex, 1st. floor, Community Centre, Preet Vihar, Vikas Marg, Delhi-92. Shareholders of the Company passed the Special Resolution on 30.09.94 for deleting the restriction clause under section 3(i)(iii) of the Companies Act, 1956 from Article of Association and as such the Company became full fledged Public Limited Company within the meaning of Section 3(i)(iv) of the Companies Act, 1956. Its present authorised capital is Rs.4.50 crores consisting of 45,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each. GOOD LUCK STEEL TUBES LIMITED is engaged in the production of black and galvanized pipes and tubes at Sikandrabad, Distt. Bulandshahr (U.P.) and mining of granite at Berhampur, Distt. Ganjam (Orissa). Both lines of business offer excellent scope in the domestic and export markets with the result that the company's turnover has increased manifold since it commenced business in 1987 (the mining of granite was commenced in 1993) and it is earning handsome profits. 2005 -Good Luck Steel Tubes has recommended a final dividend @ 30% 2006 -Good Luck Steel Tubes has recommended a final dividend @ 30% 2007 -Good Luck Steel Tubes has designated E-mail ID for Investor's Complaints [email protected] 2008 -Good Luck Steel Tubes has recommended a final dividend @ 30% 2009 -Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Rs 2 -Good Luck Steel has touched another milestone by enlisted with Engineers India Ltd (EIL), for flanges and rings of carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel. 2010 -Good Luck recommended the final dividend of 15% 2011 -Good Luck recommended the final dividend of 15% 2012 -Good Luck Steel Tubes Ltd won the Gold Trophy for Export Excellence 2014 -Good Luck Steel Tubes wins award for export excellence 2015 -"Good Luck on Expansion Spree". - "Good Luck Opens New Financial Year With A Fat Order Book in Structure Vertical". -Good Luck proposed amalgamation of its wholly owned subsidiary - M/s Masterji Metalloys Private Ltd. with Good Luck Steel Tubes Ltd. -Good Luck Steel Tubes Ltd, an engineering product manufacturing conglomerate, has received an order worth Rs 67 crores for supply of Transmission Line Towers in the state of Uttranchal. 2016 - The Change of name of the Company from Good Luck Steel Tubes Limited to ‘‘Goodluck India Limited. | ||
