In order to better serve the investors, the exchange has signed up with its RTA, KFin Technologies Limited to provide an on-line facility for activities like, raising Service Request, Queries, Complaints, check the status, KYC details, Dividend, eMeeting and eVoting details.
This online application can be accessed at RTA’s website > Investor Services > Investor Support. Members are required to register / signup, using their Name, PAN, Mobile and email ID. Post registration, user can login via OTP. Quick link to access the signup page at RTA’s website.
Under this service, the facility to upload KYC documents will be available only for shareholders holding shares in physical mode. Shareholders holding shares in Demat mode are required to approach their Depository Participants as per the extant guidelines issued in this regard for updating their KYC details which will be updated in the records of the Company/RTA.
