Balka Suman, a prominent figure in the region, played a pivotal role in the Telangana movement from 2009 to 2014, advocating for the demands of the Telangana people. He's a former Member of Parliament in the 16th Lok Sabha from Peddapalli, Telangana, known for being surrounded by controversies. Notably, he faced serious allegations of threatening and bribing two candidates to withdraw from the 2020 municipal elections. Despite these controversies, he's set to contest from the Chennur constituency in the upcoming elections under the TRS banner.
